This master bedroom has a beautiful view onto the countryside of Sardinia and exit towards a covered verandah with sun beds.

Both bedrooms of the guesthouse have a separate entrance and share a covered terrace with view of the Sardinian countryside.

Outdoor - Direct access from living room to covered verandah with lounge area with comfortable couches, billiard table and fitness machine. Steps down, covered area with BBQ and outdoor kitchen equipped with pizza oven, fridge, basin, dishwasher, and dining table for 12/14 people. Close to swimming pool extra bathroom with shower.
